As a first time buyer she was very informative about the process and what to expect. As an out of state buyer she went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule. She was very responsive to all forms of communication. She gave great advice. When the first house we looked at fell through because of the selling realtor she immediately gave me some options that was exactly the kind of property and house that we was looking for. And she knew that we would like those options because she took the time to get to know us and the things that was important to us. She listened no matter how small or big the question or concern was. She understood the things that were common to her was not to us and took the time to make sure that we understood what was going on. She made sure that I never felt like I was bothering her no matter how many calls or texts I initiated. She worked closely with my loan team to make sure they had the things they needed. She was always dressed appropriately and professionally at our showings. I would definitely recommend Cynthia to anyone I know or meet that is interesting in buying or selling a home.

Cynthia was so very helpful and patient with my wife and I. We weren't sure of what we really wanted. We also tried a few different lenders before we found one that worked best for us and our situation. The whole process took about 6 months, but that was no fault of hers. She did absolutely amazing though. She took the time to listen to us, ask what we wanted in a home. She brought us homes that were very similar to the many ideas that we had for our new home. After a lot of work, we found our dream home, and we couldn't be more thankful that Cynthia was the one that helped us the whole way.
