We had an excellent experience working with Cynthia Montion. From start to finish, she made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We are so grateful for the outstanding service provided by Cynthia. Her professionalism truly stood out. Cynthia originally represented the seller, but after speaking with her a few times, we asked if she could also represent us as the buyers. She was transparent throughout the entire process and took the time to clearly explain each step. We truly felt that she advocated for us as our buyer’s agent, and at no point did we feel that her attention was weighted more toward the seller than to us. Working with Cynthia was one of the best decisions we made during our home-buying process.

Cynthia was always professional, communicative, and well informed, all stellar traits in an agent to be sure, but most importantly, she was sympathetic, transparent, ethical, and caring. She works from her heart, and her number one priority was making sure that I was not only satisfied, but happy. She explained everything thoroughly and clearly, and I never felt lost or unclear about what she did. This was not only true regarding her personal work, contracts, etc, but also when dealing with potential buyers, other realtors, the title company, and all other aspects of the process. We ended up selling my house for more than I had anticipated. I highly recommend Cynthia, without a single reservation. She treated me as if I was a dear friend or family member and worked hard from start to finish.

Really happy with Cynthia, She was able to make sure things get moved fast. She always knew the answer to everything being asked. She would make phone calls to get answers and make sure things get done. She had many list of contacts for anything being needed with the process of the house. Cynthia was really nice with us all the time and was always very professional. I could call her at anytime and she would answer or get back to me right away. I was never in doubt of her not doing her job even if she was out of town. If I ever decide to purchase another home I’ll try and find her again. When I tell you that she knows everything, She knows!
