Amazing!!!

First time home buyers. Could not possibly ask for a better experience thanks to Cynthia! She knew how guide us through the process without telling us what do. She is not afraid to stand up for her clients, yet she knows when it’s wise to back off. Cynthia is super knowledgeable about the market and stays on top of every step of the home buying process. Every time we came the next step, typically something to sign or approve, she had it to us super fast, while making sure we understood what we were signing. We are hoping to not need to buy another home for a long time, but if we do, our first call will be to Cynthia Marroquin!!
