We would highly recommend Cynthia to represent anyone for their realtor. We interviewed no less than 5 realtors over a 10 month period prior to choosing Cynthia Maguire to represent our home sale. My wife and I both found Cynthia to be completely professional while also exceptionally polite and personable. She was extremely patient as we listed our house after a long 10 months after our initial meeting. However, our house sold within ONE HOUR of listing it on the MLS. VERY importantly, Cynthia ALWAYS made herself available whether in person or answering the phone. Especially toward the end, before closing, when so many fast decisions and phone calls become stressful. She was sure to be available all hours to get us through that. She was knowledgeable and offered all the time we needed through the entire process. She helped us design staging to prepare the home for showing. Cynthia allowed us great leeway to price the home while offering her sage advice and CMA's, but leaving the ultimate decision to us. She was never pushy or overbearing. Of course RESULTS are what you want, right? Well we received a full price offer less than an hour after the our home was posted on the MLS and sold our home to the first folks who looked at it ! Cynthia is THE expert on selling in the Scofield area, so it was a no-brainer to contact her when we decided to sell our house. She was incredibly helpful in letting us know what we needed to do sell for top dollar - including helping us stage our home and locate the professional services contractors we needed. Our home sold for more than anticipated, and the closest 'comp' sat on the market for three more months and had to reduce price several times before selling. I have no doubt that Cynthia's knowledge and negotiation skills are the reason our house sold so quickly and for top dollar.

We were selling our house in the latter part of the year and were a bit concerned that it could linger on the market or we would have to sell below what we wanted to get for the house. So we wanted to be very selective in choosing the agent to help us. We interviewed several agents and Cynthia was by far the most knowledgeable, personable and professional of the group. Selecting her was an easy decision and we are really glad we did. She always worked with our best interest as a priority. She went over comparable sales and current listings in detail to help us arrive at our listing price. She gave us suggestions on minor improvements we could make to show the house better. We took her advice and were surprised ourselves at the result. She even brought in some décor pieces of her own to help with the staging. Once the listing went up, we had multiple offers literally within days, even at that time of year – and one offer was well over list! She helped us evaluate each offer, giving us the pros and cons of each before we settled on the one we accepted. She kept us informed throughout the whole process, including the time between the contract and closing date, and she came to the close with us. Cynthia was really great to work with and helped us get the most out of our house. We highly recommend her without reservation for your real estate needs.

Although we previously listed by owner, Cynthia was able to price and market our home so that we ultimately earned more. On the buying side, in a very active market, she was able to help us secure the home we wanted in a multiple offer situation. All in all, a great experience.
