My wife and I were so fortunate to be referred to Cynthia as we were relocating from the east coast to Las Vegas. We were unable to make a house hunting trip in person before we moved, and so we relied heavily on Cynthia to help us find the home we were looking for. She is extremely professional, responsive, and went above and beyond to help us identify potential homes. She did video walk throughs, answered all our questions, and stayed in close contact with us through the entire process. On the day we closed on the house, she did the final walk through via video for us and identified an issue that could have easily been missed, that needed to be resolved with the seller. She was proactive about ensuring that everything was taken care of and we had complete peace of mind about the whole incident, which was so valuable as we had our hands full with our cross country move.
