I didn't know a thing about home buying before securing our first home. Luckily I had Cyndi as a realtor. She made the process easy in this very crazy Denver market and if you are familiar with the Denver market then you'd know that is not easy to do at all. Any question I had, she responded very quickly to and I never felt like I was being neglected. Because of the market we had to put in offers extremely fast and she was able to provide contracts and submit our offer in a very timely manner which was a life saver in this crazy market. I've heard horror stories about realtors who weren't the best at their jobs. On top of that she helped with negotiations and we got the house right in price range of what it is worth. In this market where some houses are selling for 100k over the home value, that's a big deal. So glad I found Cyndi and I won't take a chance on anyone else as long as I live near the area.
