I previously worked with Cynthia 6 years ago when I moved to Columbia and purchased my house. She was great during that process, so we went with her again when we needed to sell our home. She is very easy to work with and whether you are buying or selling, I highly recommend her!

Once I was accepted at the University of Missouri, I had a very short time to buy a house in Columbia, MO. I lived out of State and did not know anyone in Columbia. I went online and looked at several realators. I was impressed with Cynthia's profile so I contacted her. She agreed to help me locate a home. My parents and I traveled to Missouri over a weekend to find me a home. Cynthia spent most of that weekend with us showing us a number of potential homes. Her full attention was on us for 2 days. We were able to find a home. I doubt that we would have been sucessful without her help. When I decided to move back to Ohio and needed to sell the home, Cynthia was the only realator that I contacted. She gave me the same great service. In fact, when problems did arise, she was able to handle them for me since I was again out of State. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is interested in buying or selling a home.
