Cynthia’s responsiveness, advice, support and judgment were all critical as I attempted to negotiate a condo purchase at long distance and by email during COVID. I ultimately decided to purchase a different property, trusting her to guide me through the process from contract to closing. But for Cynthia, I would not now be the owner of a property I love.
