We were referred to Cynthia by our daughter who purchased her first house using her as her realtor. Cynthia was very knowledgeable about the whole house buying and selling process. She was able to sucessfully negotiate with the buyers of our old house and the sellers of our new house. She took the time to make herself available during her vacations and even her father birthday!
