She's quick to respond to questions via text or email, gives you her full attention whenever she's home-hunting with you, and really seems to care about finding you not just a house or condo - but a "home." And at the closing thoughtful gestures and a housewarming bottle of wine just made me realize how terrific she was, considering that, at that point, she no longer needed to seal any deals, but she was still thinking of me and my excitement over buying my new place.
