My husband and I are happy to have called Prior Lake our home for the past 39 years. We built our home and raised our family here. I know the area very well. We have a strong ties to the community. I am loyal and committed and will offer the same loyalty and commitment to my buyers and sellers.
Prior to becoming a real estate agent, I was a clinical pharmacist for 34 years. In my role as a pharmacist, I gained the communication, computer, and organizational skills necessary to be successful in my profession. Pharmacists are often rated as the most honest professionals in surveys by various organizations. Honesty and integrity are very important values to me. These skills and values will carry over into being a successful real estate agent.
Over the past six years I have helped my sons with their living situations by purchasing properties for them to live in and rent to their friends. I did many DIY projects with these properties, painting and installing new floors. Other projects I hired out, windows and roofs. I have had three successful sales of these properties over this time. This is what sparked my interest in becoming a real estate agent.
Purchasing a home is one of, if not, the largest financial decisions that people will make in their lifetime. A decision to be taken seriously. As your realtor I will be looking out for your best interests. I would be honored if you allow me to help you find your perfect home.
