It was a wonderful experience shopping and closing on a house with Cynthia. We had limited time to visit homes while coming from out of town but she was able to arrange visits to all the houses we request without a problem. She was very patient and responsive to our requests and needs even remotely, we found our house through one of her emails with recommended homes. Also during negotiation and closing she gave us the best advice she could and was always available to answer questions. Everything want smoothly and I was able to sign all papers remotely by email and DocuSign which was extremely convenient.

I am in the military service and was put in the hands of Cynthia by a very trusted friend of mine to help me with my transition to San Antonio. Cynthia did not miss a beat and helped me meet my needs as far as what I was looking for in a home. She kept me informed on what was available and what was going fast. She knows the area of San Antonio very well so she was able to give me good insight as to where I wanted to settle down. I didn’t look at Cynthia as my realtor, I looked at her as my friend. Someone who wants the best for you. She really displayed that character to me.
