Cynthia Golpe

We started to work with Cynthia two months ago. We were moving from Texas to SLC and she was very helpful and patient in the entire process, even though everything was remote initially. Cynthia has everything a great realtor must have: Fast, reliable, good negotiation skills, and solid values. Thank God we found her. We signed the documents for our house last Friday and received the keys today. I recommend her as a realtor!

Cynthia Golpe was the dream realtor for this house purchase. She has boundless energy, which meant she was willing to communicate as often as needed, was willing to work fast, and had great resources. We are so glad we found her.

During my home buying experience, there were positives and negatives about working with Cynthia. While Cynthia is very friendly, the communication was generally lacking. I often learned important information from others, including the mortgage officer who was exceptionally helpful. Although I enjoyed most conversations with Cynthia on a personal level, I do not fully trust that she is knowledgeable, and at times, she did not seem completely honest. I believe there were miscommunications by Cynthia to other agents causing frustration for everyone. I also do not appreciate that Cynthia attempted to receive increased commissions without discussing that with me. I believe there were times when the information that Cynthia was sharing with me was not entirely true and more than once, I had to caution her about sharing confidential information with others. My impression of her interactions with the Seller's agent were that they were often tense and unprofessional. Cynthia also acknowledged having difficulty in her communication with the agent. I do not believe Cynthia was able to successfully share my instructions in an accurate manner. Communication was a primary concern throughout the entire process. On the positive side, Cynthia was very helpful in making several trips to the home I purchased and helped locate a contractor for improvement work (and paid for the work from her commission). However, she was consistently late to every appointment, including the final signing. The entire signing was done and everyone stayed for her (she was nearly 40 minutes late). Cynthia has a sweet personality and she is easy to like. She's nice to talk with on a personal level and I think she does enjoying helping people. My primary concerns are her level of professionalism and overall industry knowledge. I think Cynthia would greatly benefit from strong mentorship by experienced agents and/or brokers.

Cynthia came as our agent literally in a day and stayed with us on the crazy expeditated task of finding a new place until closing. She ended with a bit of a celebration leaving us with a great memories of what was or could have been stressful time. Incredible time. thank you Cynthia. Sincerely Dale and Brenda Schmid

Cynthia responded quickly and set places up working around our already maxed out schedule. We felt energized working with her. Consistently funny and happy. A great experience.

We had a limited time to find a property for our college age children. Cynthia was able to help us and work with the seller’s agent to reach a successful outcome.
