Contact me before signing with her. She provided me with a formal presentation for pricing of my house of 369,000 to 375,000 (in writing which I stilll have) and from the very next time I met with her she stated that I needed to list it for 10,000 to 16,000 dollars LESS. I asked her why this change from the formal presentation and all she would say is that I can list it for whatever I want. More than once I asked her what happened from her formal presentation and she NEVER answered WHY immediately I needed to lower the asking price. She was more concerned about the Buyer than me the Seller who was paying her fee. She convinced me to pay for the buyer's agent who was her co-worker and the buyer's aunt who would have done it for free. She was incredibly rude. She waited until a pen was in my hand to sign with her to tell me that she was going away on a PLANNED vacation for 10 days the very next week. Since she had planned this a while before, she could have told me sooner and I could have stopped working with her and found some one else to work with.email 6/24/2026
