Cynthia helped the reviewer buy this property

Excellent communication, transparency, knowledge and professionalism.

I was living in Washington while I started looking for houses in California. Is not usual for me to provide reviews. I am making an exception because Cynthia deserves recognition for her excellent work. During my searching for homes she listened carefully what I was looking for. She also asked me questions to make sure we both were in the same page. She was aware of my time and did not waste it. She provided important information about the houses that I selected. Cynthia was very professional and have good attitude answering all my questions about these houses. Something that I appreciate is honesty and all aspects and Cynthia showed this quality during the whole process. During the process of buying my house she was working in a timely manner and coordinating well the steps. In addition, she informed me of options that I could use as buyer and I was entitled to request to the seller. I feel calm and able to think what I need while working with Cynthia. Thank you Cynthia!
