We met Cynthia when she sold my kids house, did a great job. After that she looked for their new home. There is a lot of expertise working with her, knows the traps, got a great feel for what the kids wanted, looked at a lot of houses with them, NEVER was something to much trouble for her. She also knows the people in the business, the loan/money guys, closers, like that and got the kids an amazing house for a very fair price, where they wanted to live!!! It was time to sell our family house. Cynthia came out, met the family, came with comparable sales so she knew the market. Was especially sensitive that this was our parents home we grew up in. Great advertising system, took care of everything.! Many showings and she got us a really good buyer in the price range she expected. Walked us through all the steps, closing, the whole thing. Always answered all out questions and fought for us all the way. Can not say enough, She took care of my kids and grandson, then my family, could not be happier to recommend Cynthia!
