This was our 5th real estate transaction, both buying and selling mobile homes. It became really tough at the end, sadly. Everything was going well and then property management chose to make all things very difficult. Through no fault of our own. She was great and really came through to resolve EVERYTHING ! Escrow closed. I was happy, the new owners were thrilled and it was finally win-win for all of us! Nobody did anything wrong on our side, but stuff happens. In this case, totally unreasonable requests from both the property and park management but she dug in and handled it all and held my hand during the entire process. I refer her to all my friends. She is the person that you want to be on your side! Every single time! She is professional, and aggressive but in a nice way. I have one more mobile home to sell eventually and believe me. She’s getting my business again!
