Cynthia Crockett

Cindy is kind and caring. She takes great care of her clients. Highly recommend her hands down !!

This is the second time we have had Cindy as our agent. She is very kind and patient and great at getting answers to questions. Cindy is very professional in all aspects of her work, and we highly recommend her for buying or selling.

We have used a few realtors over the last 30 years, but Cindy stands above the crowd.

Cindy knows the real estate market. She knows how to market the properties she id selling. I relied on her expertise for many times and she was always available to help.

Several years ago, Cindy helped a neighbor sell his house. I was impressed by the way she managed his sale; how she helped him downsize and sell furnishings while he was out of the area. I decided then that if and when I sold, I would contact Cindy. She is friendly and professional without being overly aggressive. She knows the market and we talked about pricing. I had a price in mind that she thought was a little off the mark, but she agreed to try it. When I was having second thoughts about selling, she was patient and did not push. However, once I decided the time was right, she actively moved forward at a fast and structured pace that worked. She was always available and always provided reasonable and sound advice while maintaining her calm and warm demeanor. She is thoughtful, kind and considerate, and definitely a realtor who works with you.

We had an excellent experience working with Cindy Crockett. This was our third real estate transaction with her and from start to finish she was knowledgeable, dependable, responsive, and highly professional. Her expertise of the local market was invaluable and helped us make informed decisions throughout the process. One thing that really set Cindy apart was her extensive knowledge of the area and strong network of local contractors and service providers. Whenever we needed recommendations or advice, she was able to connect us with trustworthy professionals quickly. Her communication was outstanding—she was always available to answer questions, provide updates, and address any concerns in a timely manner. Cindy's dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to her clients made the entire transaction a smooth and positive experience. I would highly recommend Cindy Crockett to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Her professionalism, local expertise, and exceptional customer service make her a true asset in the real estate industry.
