Cindy, along with her associate, Jonathon, helped me to sell my home in less than 3 months from first contact to closing. Cindy's attention to detail was spot on. Based on her experience and knowledge she gave helpful guidance along the process but ultimately allowed me to make my own decisions. From decluttering, staging, photographing to presentation for sale it was a smooth and practical. Example: Garage lighting seemed so minor but changing 2 lightbulbs created a brighter and more appealing look. She was always available for help and advise without being intrusive.
