These qualities were especially important since we were out-of-town sellers who live more than a thousand miles from Jackson. Not only did Cynthia stay in close touch with us, but she also played a vital role in facilitating repair work as we got the house ready for market. In addition, she actively encouraged some distracted buyers to take the steps necessary to get ready for the sale. We might have put our house on the market a little early in the season, but we really couldn’t have asked for more from her.

However, she also showed me some alternatives that really helped me confirm what I wanted, and we soon found the right house.
