I called Ms Brown in the am and explained to her what my needs/ rental requirements were, within 15 minutes she sent me three listings within the requested areas asked for. One hour later we met to view the dwellings, I chose one of the three that same mornin and was approved the next day. If you are looking for a competent realtor, Ms Brown is definitely the GO TO person.
