I didn’t know Cynthia at all, I found her on Google. After looking at her reviews, I decided to call her. I didn’t know what to say or how to say it. She was very friendly from the very start. One thing she said to me stood out in our initial conversation. She said, by the time your house is sold, I would feel like she is a part of my family. I have to say, that is so true. Cynthia was very professional at all times. She was able to deal with all of the parties in my household to get them moving & packing in no time. At one point, she was bringing us boxes, calling people in her contacts to help us get our house up to par. Cynthia was purchasing a lot of things to help me (which I paid her back once the house sold) & taking things in her vehicle to dump, I assume, not many realtors would do that, especially, since she didn’t know me or my family. When it was time to put our house on the market, I, of course, wanted to list it as high as possible. She listened, but after a week or two, she so kindly said, that I might want to consider lowering the price due to the reality of the condition of my house. At the time, that was the last thing, I wanted to hear, but Cynthia explained, that I was knocking people out of the market who probably wanted to buy, and the people who could afford to buy it weren’t because they would have to put more than what they wanted to invest in it. After taking her advice, offers started coming left & right, she was there every step of the way. She was even honest to say don’t take this offer, they want you to give it away. Other offers came in & she mentioned that we might want to consider. Without her, I would have been lost. I have learned at this stage in life, that you want someone who knows their profession and who is honest with you and not just trying to get money for their pockets. When I say, ABOVE and BEYOND is an understatement. I highly recommend Cynthia and she will always be welcome to my new house and be a part of my family.
