For much of my ultimate purchase Cynthia was there. I was not in Florida but in New York for offer, acceptance, inspection, she stood in for me. When the deal was suspended due to death of seller, she was there. She acted on my behalf with the lender and title company. Once the estate had the property cleared by the Court, things moved quickly and smoothly. After all the bumps and sweat, the closing was the easiest part.
