Hello out there in home buying and selling land. I am posting as I read a negative review of my agent. My friend/client that I had referred asked me about it. I found the negative review laughable. Cindy helped me find an agent in AR. to sell my parents home. She DID NOT take a referral fee on that property. It rocked on with numerous delays for several months. Cindy had to help with making calls and giving advice to get that property closed. She knew that I wanted in the Cinnamon Square area for my mom and watched the area like a hawk. Got a lovely condo that was perfect. She worked it out so that we closed both the same day. I have referred clients and friends to her and she has worked her magic. If I did not know her skills as an agent I would not recommend her. I would not chance losing my clients or a friend. Not every deal goes smooth as mine in AR. was far from being easy. Everything that could go wrong did. I fussed and cussed but Cindy was my calming effect. Our best friend used her recently to sell his property and at closing there was a fluke which would have cost him and she ask that they adjust the figures in his favor and took the loss. She is working with another one of my referrals . Her house is sold, another under contract, and pushing for back to back closing. My client has thanked me numerous times as she is buying her dream home. Cindy is kind and Godly women. She may not be the agent you are looking for, but when I refer her, I use the words capable, fair, a hard worker, and all knowing.
