When my wife and I decided to sell our vacation home in the Smoky Mountains we decided to use Cyndie Cornelius. We had seem an advertisement for her and after meeting with her we felt that she was dedicated to selling our home. Property was finally sold and closed on November 15, 2017 however the communication and weekly updates of the showing were not provided frequently by Cyndie. The lack of communication was totally unacceptable. We also instructed Cyndie or a representative from her office to always be present when a third party contractor neededed to see or inspect the property, This request was not observed by her as we monitored the property via 24 hours by video cameras. We do not recommend Cyndie Cornelius ( Property sold on 11-15-2017 Wears Valley )
