Cyndi is a consummate professional. She came well prepared to our first meeting and to all subsequent meetings. The plan she developed for the sale of our southern Escondido home was comprehensive, easy to understand and included my wife’s and my input. Even though the month of January is not typically a strong month for real estate activity, Cyndi executed on the plan at a very high level as evidenced by 50+ interested potential buyers attending the open house, four offers within a few days, two of which were above our asking range.
