Hi, I began looking for a Realtor and did a lot of research. I found Don Shurts. I verified references and finally made my decision to have him list my Springboro home. Don was always professional, answered every question I had, and worked hard all the while the home was for sale and I was in another state. He handled everything. He had the home listed promptly and his pictures were great. After advertising on all the websites he is associated with, the house was under contract in two weeks. I was shocked. He continued with all the necessary work and we closed under a month later. I believe he looks out for his client's best interests and is realistic in this tight housing market. Having purchased two properties from Don Shurts within two years we can affirm that he does excellent work. He quickly understood the type of property we were looking for and did his homework to make the process as quick and painless as possible. It's a shame the rating scale only goes to 5's as we would have liked to rate his knowledge, helpfulness, and work quality even higher.
