We cannot say enough about Cyndi! She helped us navigate both a tricky purchase of a home and a sell of a home without much effort on our end. She is in constant communication with you every step of the way and beyond the sell. Even after the deal has closed, she has offered to help us with some insurance issues that we were unable to resolve prior the sale even though this was totally out of her hands. On several occasions, she has offered to be present at the home when we couldn't be for repairmen. She goes above and beyond a great realtor. We hope to use her again and refer her to many others in the near future.

She narrowed the market to fit my needs, explained advantages for various communities (commuting time, nearness of shopping, etc.), was willing to patiently spend the time to insure a good choice and was just flat enjoyable to work with. After the transaction was completed she was most willing to give information regarding utilities and where to find other services, etc. Cyndi was referred to us by a friend and what a lucky happenstance.
