She sold our house in a week. The best part of it all was besides being so professional Cyndi was also a very kind and sincere person!

Then the real fun begins and shop. They execute the purchasing process/closing process flawlessly. They are on top of all the issues helping to plow through it to completion. Being snow-birds, a lot of the prep is "long distance". I would recommend these two and this company to anybody - local buyer or snow-bird. They know the market, and they know how to communicate - long distance or locally.

Selling my home with Cyndi and Ron was a breeze! When we decided to post it up for sell they knew the market well and thanks to their expertise we were able to make a great and timely sell. We received an offer after 2 days on the market. During negotiations my family and I were very busy working three jobs and traveling.
