Cyndi Cummings was our realtor and she was AMAZING! My parents moved from Lakeway Texas to Minnesota so they could be in closer to more family. But we had to sell their townhouse they had in Lakeway. My sister interviewed three realtors and discussed it with us and we decided that Cyndi would be the best choice and we were not disappointed. She arranged all the contractors to take care of minor and not so minor problems. Then she staged the home beautifully and it sold to the second person who looked at it for our asking price which we originally thought might be a little high. She remotely held my hand through the entire process and made sure there were no issues and we couldn't be more delighted. Our thanks to Cyndi! You're the best!!!
