Cynde Bost is undeniably the Best!
Cynde was recommended to me by a friend. What a great friend! Cynde took care of everything. She wrote a charming listing description and had professional photos of my home taken. Even in these difficult COVID times, we managed to have several showings a day and multiple offers in a short period of time. Cynde took the time to make sure we were updated on everything that happened during the escrow and inspections and kept us calm when emotions ran high. And she went over and above by coordinating the escrow sale with the purchase of another house in a different state, making sure one escrow closed and the other closed the next day. She is amazing.
