I wanted to give up with my 2nd to last home but the fighting spirit in Cylesete Goodman told me, "You are not giving up on me and I'm going to get this satisfied if it's the last thing I do". We was standing in the home of a disappointment of a home that looked and listed as everything I wanted but she seen it on my face the dissatisfication and stress that I believe that i was giving up hope. Cyleste was very helpful and met with us when we needed. Process took longer than expected but that was something not in Cyleste's control and she kept us updated regularly which we very much appreciated! Once the issue was resolved the process went quickly and closing went smoothly. Would definitely work with Cyleste again in the future.
