Curtis took time to really understand us; and our needs and wants in a new home. He listened to our requirements and then gave us room (time) to figure out how we wanted to transition from our prior home to this new one. When the right home showed-up; we didn't see it - but Curtis did. He encouraged us to take a closer look; and on doing so we realized he was dead right. We wound-up buying that very home and have been totally happy with our choice. Curtis was the single reason our new home search was successful so quickly! The fact that he gained our trust by genuinely understanding our goals and needs is the only reason we were able to get into this home.

Curtis was a phenomenal help to me and my wife when we were trying to buy and sell a property. It was a hard road at times because we were trying to do both and make sure the timing was just right. But Curtis encouraged us and saw us through both processes in an exemplary manner! He was very responsive to our many calls, texts and emails, ensuring he got back with us right away.
