I traveled to Michigan Thanksgiving week to look at houses. I already had one in mind but decided I didn’t like the location. My son had worked with Curtis in the past and highly recommended him. He contacted Curtis, who quickly gained my trust. He found several properties that met my criteria and quickly arranged showings, even during the week of Thanksgiving. Curtis patiently led me through the process and was always available to answer my questions. I made an offer on a home before I left Grand Rapids and it was accepted! The entire process went smoothly and I closed on my new home Friday before Christmas. I am now looking forward to moving closer to my son, daughter-in-law and baby granddaughter due in March! Curtis’ help does not end at the time of closing. I feel very comfortable contacting him even now, with the knowledge that he will still be there for me.

Curtis was so great throughout the whole process of buying a home. From the beginning of the process, he was there for me every step of the way. I wasn't going to be buying a super high-priced house, but that didn't matter to him. He treated me the same way I would think he would treat a client who is buying a million dollar home. He made trips out to homes for me since I was in another state, he always kept communication open and I always felt comfortable asking questions at any time. He was honest and gave me his true opinions of homes and didn't try to push me to buy quickly or anything. I felt that he genuinely wanted to get me into the right house and make sure it was the right fit for me. Curtis definitely goes above and beyond and I feel that i got very lucky to have him as my agent.

Curtis is amazing! He's very knowledgeable in the all types of loans and familiar with things we had to watch out for in compliance with our loan.
