It was such a pleasure working with Mr. Grimes, he assisted with the sale of my home in New York and as soon as my wife and I reached Florida he was on the hunt for our new home. It is no secret that the housing market is crazy right now but Mr. Grimes promised that he would find us a great home; and that he did! He did a great job negotiating for us, communication was on point and it wasn't like he was just doing his job, Mr. Grimes showed a ton of compassion and demonstrated how much he really cared about finding us a home. Overall, it was a joy working with Curtis Grimes and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home. 5*****'s all the way!!!
