We’ve worked with Curtis on two home purchases now, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. He’s not only a fantastic real estate agent—he’s also a licensed general contractor, which gave us a huge advantage throughout the entire process.Whether you’re buying new construction or an existing home, Curtis brings deep knowledge of building codes, construction quality, and potential red flags. He helped us ask the right questions, caught details we would’ve missed, and always made sure we were protected and well-informed.Curtis is professional, responsive, and truly invested in his clients' best interests. We’re extremely happy with both of our experiences, and we highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.
