Had tried to sell our house for 2 years with very experienced realtor with no success. Have known Curtis for many years when my listing expired he told me he could sell my house. He was very confident advertised everywhere including social media ,had more showings than ever and in a month had an offer. Curtis negotiated with our best interest in mind and when the deal started to fall through do to banking issues and zoning issues he helped find a way to get the financing in order. With every bump on the way to closing he was there. I cant tell you how impressed we were with his fresh enthusiastic approach to getting our house sold.
