Curtis helped the reviewer buy this property

Curtis is a great listener, and extremely knowledgable in real estate and construction.

We were looking at properties in a specific price range which meant, we would have to put in some sweat equity. Curtis found the right place at the right price with the possibility of improvements that we could handle on our own. His knowledge of construction and remodel really helped us to see the vision and create a plan that we could work with once we closed. We are so pleased and would highly recommend Curtis. We can't wait to show him the finished product! Thank you, Curtis!
