Passing thru the area in 2016, my wife turned to me and said "this is home" and Curtis made it happen. Living 350 miles away it is very important to have someone that understands what you want and can keep you informed as to the market. He did facetime walk through for us, when we asked about places we found online he honestly gave us his opinion. We had one false start on a place that had nothing to do with Curtis or the real estate office. He guided us to a mortgage broker that he had good luck with before, made a big difference since we had a 4 year old bankruptcy. You could not have a better realtor on your team. This is our forever home so I doubt we will ever sell, but if something happens then we will be calling Curtis.
