Let me start by saying, Curt is an amazing realtor. My wife and I were first time home buyers and Curt was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and a great negotiator. He was able to get $5,000 below the asking price, all closing costs paid for by the seller, a home warranty, and all of the items that we wanted repaired.
