This was not my first home purchase with Pam. I have used her several times for business and personal purchases. She always goes above and beyond, making minimal work for me on the selling & buying end. She sends reminders, handles communication with lawyers & other agents, and has showed up to help processes when I wasn't available. She also provides valuable insight into buying & selling price points that are unmatched when comparing recommendations & knowledge from other agents I have used before.
