Her educational background showed she must have really good self discipline. This is a must in sales. Also her professional attitude but still being able to be personal. Response time was way above average. She new how to put out the fire that the buyers would start and keep us informed. The buyers were terrible to work with, they would always come up with new ways to foul up the contract. She was definitely looking out for the best interests of her client and always kept us informed. She always had a good attitude and was never stressed and kept us from being anxious. She moved way beyond any expectations we ever anticipated. When it came to displaying our property on the internet, she far exceeded any of her competitors which led to the prompt selling of our property. Because of her great performance, we would definitely refer people in the future to TR Hunter Real Estate and Crystell Wise in particular.

Crystell is very professional and was able to answer most if not all my questions. She helped me buy and sell my property and i would work with her again. it was pretty easy to work with Crystell mostly over the phone due to the pandemic and she even got a nice big sign to help sell the property. I do recommend you say her name correctly. She is a great local resource if you don't know much about the area. I've dealt with some flighty real estate agents and Crystell is not one of those from where i stand. She was sharp and focused while dealing with me. if you need a straightforward real estate agent Crystell may be for you. Crystell did great.

Crystell is a go getter who was able to sell us the idea of doing it now instead of waiting a couple months as we had planned. She helped motivate us to do what we needed to do including a garage sale and really decluttering the property. Crystell lived up to the reviews I read prior to contacting her. I found her to be knowledgeable and professional. I was particularly impressed with the sales materials she produced. The online listing with the numerous pictures, 360 views, and drone footage was especially impressive. As was the hard copy book. The property was sold in less than a week at a very aggressive price. She was present with guidance throughout the process and we closed on schedule. I can't think of anything that could have been done better.
