She helped stage my house, and marketed in lots of areas I would have never thought of. She was so helpful when it came to multiple offers and negotiating the contract to get me and my family way over list price. She has a great personality and can make anybody feel comfortable in even stressful situations.

This was an estate sale and Crystal went above and beyond to help the family in the trust. This was a difficult transaction with lots of moving parts including renters. This sale was not a normal situation and Crystal was always there to support me through it. Little disappointing that the buyer or their agent wouldn't give us a copy of the appraisal never heard of that before but that was not Crystal's fault but usual after talking to other sellers of homes.

Crystal is funny and very caring. A person that knows when to make you laugh or when to give you a hug or even a word of encouragement/validation.
