Crystal is by far the best realtor on this planet! She will go above and beyond to help you find what you want no matter what happens, or how much time it takes to find what you want. No pressure sales on her behalf she would rather see you happy and get what you want then try to force you into something your gonna hate. As a real estate broker from out of state and having a client/friend who owned property in Utah, I looked for an agent to handle the sale of his property. When reaching out to several agents in the area, Crystal Worthen was the first to respond, searched out the information on the property to be sold and presented a suggested marketing approach. Due to my situation, we ended up working with an investor that Crystal knew and the outcome was a very good one. This sale was not a normal situation and Crystal was always there to support me through it. Little disappointing that the buyer or their agent wouldn't give us a copy of the appraisal never heard of that before but that was not Crystal's fault but usual after talking to other sellers of homes.

Crystal is funny and very caring. A person that knows when to make you laugh or when to give you a hug or even a word of encouragement/validation. She included my children - helped them to feel like they were a part of the process. Crystal has passion for what she does. It is not just a paycheck/listing to her. You are not just another buyer/seller, she invests in you. Crystal brings a network with her. In her years of experience, she has acquired some really good contacts for ones buying and selling needs. At the last minute, we needed a Radon installation and she had a contact that could accommodate our short time line. She has a really great home inspector that helped me to understand the issues with my potential purchase. These are all definitely value added things she brings to the table. Buying/selling a home is stressful enough but to have a realtor that walks beside you during this important time is huge! Thank you Crystal...it truly meant more to me then I can express!
