Crystal knows her business extremely well. She brings together all the needed aspects that will get you what you want when buying (or selling) your house. She listens to your needs and has the ability to negotiate until those needs are met or exceeded. She is reliable, works through the night, always responds and keeps you in the loop. She was able to negotiate 35K over asking price and the buyers accepted the purchase AS IS with no need for repairs or credits. She has abundant knowledge of her business from all aspects and will research any pending issues - nothing escapes her! She can even help in coordinating with movers and can arrange for house prep (painting/repairs etc)....I am most impressed! She is most resourceful in gathering information, will research anything pertaining to the property (from previous lot size discrepancies to taxes, etc) has ideas to best display the house and will coordinate the showings.
