I had not been planning on buying a home, but found myself suddenly looking for one when my landlord sold my longtime rental in a neighborhood that was, by that time, gentrified out of my price range. I was frightened, had no knowledge of the market, and would have purchased anything. Crystal took care of me on many levels, well beyond her job description: therapist (ha! but true), coach, encourager, even parent, even though I am much older. After several weeks of searching together, Crystal and I approached the front door to what seemed like a perfect home for me. After unlocking it, she turned to me and said, "This is your house. I can feel it." This was BEFORE we ever went inside. Once there, I loved it, but didn't think I could win the crazy Dallas bidding war of 2021. That was in May. It's now October, and I'm typing from that house, which I now own. How could that possibly happen? Silly question! It was 100% Crystal Tollette. Add clairvoyance to her list of skills, please.
