Extremely knowledgeable on the whole process from start to finish on buying our home. Also, truthful on the market and knew what would pass inspection for a VA loan and what wouldn’t. Crystal also knew who we needed to talk to when it came to a lender. Our realtor held our hand when we needed it through the whole process! An amazing experience all the way through to close!!! Crystal was right there with us. Making sure we were doing everything correctly and making sure we turned in our paperwork on time.
