Crystal helped us buy this property a few years ago, so we picked her to help us sell it. She came prepared to our first meeting with neighborhood sales comps, and a plan to get our home market ready. She explained what she thought our house was worth, and then offered suggestions on how to make the house look its best for photos. The process was easy and our home was ready for market in about a week. Photos were gorgeous! She also wrote up the property description which highlighted our home’s location and best features. We had an offer before it officially was even on the market. Total win.
