Crystal Sutton

We just closed on the sale of our house--5324 Anna Belle Lane, Wade, NC. So thankful we found and contracted with Crystal Sutton! Very soon after listing the house with her, we moved to our retirement home in San Diego. We did worry about not being able to deal with everything from a distance. Crystal was wonderful, so conscientious and diligent in using every avenue in marketing our home, having professional photos done for the listings, and personally checking on the house frequently to be sure routine cleaning and yard work was maintained. She arranged for the few repairs that needed to be done prior to closing, and kept in close contact with us throughout the process, and then to ensure closing was on tract.
