Crystal was the only one with the expertise in this particular market that could get the results I was seeking. Had it been someone else such as a major real estate house/company I would have been low balled beyond belief and the property still on the market. As a sellers agent and with her foresight was able to fulfill the duties as it were as a closing agent and keep closing on track during a tumultuous time with the title company. I can only imagine what could have happened if it had been someone else. I strongly recommend her services to any prospective seller in the Jacksonville metro area. Low market or high end, bring your business.
