Crystal is an amazing realtor. She was always prompt with responses and I feel she went above and beyond for our family. We had a few major bumps in the road with our lender, but Crystal helped us navigate them efficiently. Highly recommend her!

Crystal is a former colleague of mine and I was nervous to mix business with friendship. She sold a house for a mutual friend and prior to hiring her, I called him. He raved about her. So, I hired her. I currently live in AZ, and had planned to travel to CO at least once or twice during the sales process. However, Crystal worked with my previous tenant to end that occupancy and she was my eyes and ears in Colorado. The market was great for selling, thus, It was sold quickly. Listing to close in about 15 days. I never had to travel to CO during this process, which saved me money. Crystal was knowledgeable, expedient, friendly, and helpful during this process. She offered her expert opinion without being pushy. I was fearful to risk a friendship by mixing it with business. However, in this case, I'm glad I did. I have even more respect for her now. Crystal is an amazing person to have in your corner in this tough market. She was very involved, every step of the way, in the complex process of achieving our dream home. She not only explained everything very well but she was very caring and made sure we understood every step. Crystal made sure we stayed on top of our deadlines and even had great sources for local contractors to do inspections and what not. We were ecstatic the day we signed for our new home, but it was a little bittersweet to know that our business with Crystal was done. We highly recommend her to everyone we know!
